Designed for use with British National hives, this crown board sits directly on top of the uppermost super or brood chamber, just beneath the roof, providing a reliable barrier for hive management and insulation.

Available with or without Porter bee escapes, allowing you to choose the setup that suits your beekeeping needs.

When fitted with Porter bee escapes, the crown board allows bees to move down from the supers into the brood box while preventing them from returning, helping to clear supers efficiently before honey harvesting.

The standard option without escapes is ideal for routine hive management and inspections.

Fully compatible with British National hive components, including brood boxes, supers, and roofs.
