Bee Suits

Our bee suits are designed by AGS for UK beekeepers. Choose a traditional 280gsm cotton beekeeping suit, a 3-layer ventilated suit for warmer days, a lightweight ApiAir air-mesh suit or the PRO Series. Which size bee suit should I get?

Our bee suits aren't meant to be tight. Choose your size wearing the clothes you'll have on underneath, with room to bend, crouch and reach without the fabric pulling tight. Bees sting most easily where fabric is stretched over skin.

  • Use the size chart. Every suit has a size chart in its product photos, and it's on our FAQ page too. The chart is based mainly on height.
  • Between sizes? Go for the larger one. If you're between Large and XL, choose XL.
  • Broad, muscular or long in the body? Go up one or two sizes from the chart. If you're tall and slim, follow the chart by height, even if it's bigger than your usual clothes size.
  • Smaller sizes. The PRO Series goes down to XXS, and several suits come in XS. Size options vary by colour, so check each product. Children's suits are cut for children and aren't suitable for adults.
  • Not sure? You can order two sizes and return the one that doesn't fit, using the returns form on our Returns & Exchanges page. A £5.24 restocking fee per item applies, and sale items can't be returned.
