Designed for use with British National hives, this super box is crafted from high-quality cedar, providing excellent durability and natural resistance to UK weather conditions.

Designed to sit above a standard British National brood box, the super provides space for bees to store surplus honey, making it an essential addition during the honey flow.

Fully compatible with standard British National hive components, including brood boxes, frames, roofs, and queen excluders.

Supplied flat pack for easy transport and assembly, with nails and metal runners included for a secure and reliable build.

Care & Maintenance:

Cedar is naturally durable, however we recommend applying a bee-safe wood preservative to the exterior for additional protection.

Allow the item to stand outdoors for several days before placing it on your hive, giving the timber time to acclimatise.

To help maintain the condition and appearance of the wood, re-treatment is recommended every few years. Avoid treating internal surfaces.
