  • Items marked as ‘Seconds’ or ‘Bargain Deals’—these items are sold at a discount due to minor imperfections and are non-returnable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or faulty item sent).

  • If an item is missing from your order, you must notify us within 28 days of receiving your parcel.

  • We cannot replace missing items if notified after 28 days, as we cannot verify the claim.

Late Claims (After 28 Days)

  • If you contact us after 28 days, we regret that we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or investigate missing items.
